APE, the alternative Press Expo October 4-5 2014 at Front Mason Center, San Francisco.
It's my first show at APE and I share my table with 3 awesome artists Andy Malpica, Annie Wong and Melisa Des Rosiers. It's a great experience. We also have our collaboration zine 'The Cadence of Dreams: A door to Another World". Here is the sneak peek.
We are located at #714

Thesis Production Painting
I'm so glad that I take Children's Book Illustration by Julie Downing. I'm having fun in this class and have courage to continue my thesis. The painting tones are more cheerful than the painting that I did last semester. It describes my mood :) So far I love the color choice.
Thank you so much Julie, I learned a lot from your class.

Aesop Fables Children's Book Illustration
A Fox who had never seen a Lion one day met one and was so terrified at the sight of him.
A single look was enough to send the Fox off at top speed.
The second time the Fox saw the Lion he stopped behind a tree to look at him a moment.
But the third time ...
he went up to him and began to talk to him
as if he had known him all his life.
Acquaintance softens prejudices.
